I did this a couple weeks ago...

Based on Aztec designs, navajo, geometric shapes... etc.
I really enjoy doing things like this.
But this can be used more, worked on in some way.

Bored.

Working in the Illustrated People shop.

Bit cold and bored at the moment so i'm getting on with some work while i wait for customers to roll up.

I did an upside down heart for a repeat pattern on a crop top for illustrated people,

but i think it looks nice as a closed repeat pattern, and also i should make a shape out of it too.

I did it in a peachy colour too which i think i prefer.

As you can see this is definitely not the sort of thing i normally do.

Repeat Pattern 2.

Another repeat pattern i started at work.

we all love triangles.

and i love aztec designs.

hopefully i'll use these designs for something soon.

Want/need to get my hands on a some sort of screen printer.

I'm aware these two repeat patterns aren't exactly perfect...

but for now they will do.

Watching 'Smallville' at the moment...

Repeat Pattern.

Recent project at work was aztec and geometric designs.

The brief has kind of changed from that and we've taken it in a new direction. 

I did a design and changed it to a repeat pattern.

Hopefully my more simple design from this design will be used!!

I obviously will let you know!

Working at Illustrated People has made me try doing different things.

And i like it.

Can't wait to go to work tomorrow to feel a bit normal and to pass some time.

Today at work we got to go to Spitalfields market for a couple hours with some dollaaaar.

I bought this along with an awesome horrors book... peeps at work may be a little freaked out by the inside out dolls head.

I have so much news!!

Tomorrow morning i have an interview for 'Illustrated people' as a studio assistant.

Just work experience/internship, but I'm scared but also actually really excited!

I hope it goes well!! (If anyone has any advice please please fill me in)

And that evening i'll be picking my best friend up from the airport, she's over from Ireland.

And TUESDAY, you will see this tattooed on me.
