PhotoShoot.

I had to use myself as a the girl model because my first and only choice of a lady ended up not being able to do the photo shoot for me.
Thank god for tripods and little sister's who press the shutter button.
As you can see... one of my t-shirts.
I'm glad i got to do the photo shoot with the actually t-shirts instead of photoshopping the images onto the t-shirts.

Took a week to get a decent screen exposed.
Took atleast a week to screen print all the t-shirts.
Third and final week of christmas there was a lot of editing to do on the photos taken for the lookbook.
Had over 500 photos look search through.

All in all i think it was quite a success.

Labels.

I was quite good at sewing in the labels to the t-shirts,
yes i was quite surprised.

The labels:
Screen printed repeat pattern onto a fabulous colour, good quality material.
Sewn in using my cheapo sewing machine.
I've said it once and i'll say it again... fabulous.
What a word.
I didn't think i was good at working with fabric... but i guess i was proven wrong.

My original idea was to use this one:
But as you can see in this picture, i decided to go with the other pattern.
The design was taken from a stencil/monoprint i did of a symbol in alchemy.

The original...
^This is A3 size.^
I did this using a stencil i cut out,
a roller and block ink.
I do this because i love the texture given.
And this is the design i used to screen print onto the fabric.

TGD

The Golden Dawn.
Mixture of processes.
1) Drawing
2) Painted cork board and string
3) Ink and dip pen, stencil and block ink
4) Stencil and block ink and roller

LookBook.

Today I'm trying to make a couple labels for my t-shirts.
Trying to do more than one thing at a time is taking forever...
just because i have so much to do for monday that i don't know where to start.

I've edited ONE photo from yesterday.
It's one way i could do it...

I DID IT!

Kind of.
I screen printed all the t-shirts that i could with the time i had.
This is a sneak peak.
I now need to edit all the photos from the photoshoot i did today,
home made photography studio was my bedroom.
was refreshing from the print studio which was my bedroom.
a photography studio is cleaner!
Stay tuned. x
oh my god, assessment on tuesday!
